Athletes at the start of a TYRUN race
- Season based -

Unlike others, TYRUN evolves.

TYRUN is a new kind of fitness race — born in Belgium, built for the modern hybrid athlete. We combine cardio machines (like running, biking, rowing, skiing) with functional strength movements (like kettlebell swings, lunges, box jumps, and carries), all packed into a seasonal competition format.

The structure stays consistent, but the workouts, distances, and weights change every season — challenging athletes to adapt, reset, and rise again. The result? A constantly refreshing, high-performance race format that rewards versatility, endurance, and grit.

Questions before your first race.

All FAQs →
Am I fit enough?

If you can run a few kilometres without stopping and you have spent some time in a gym, you can finish. Scaled is built for first-time racers: same course, lighter loads.

What’s the difference between Singles and Doubles?

In Singles you race the full course on your own. In Doubles you race the same course and split the work with a partner. In mixed doubles, both athletes lift the men’s standard.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Refunds are not possible, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else through Atleta, up to 48 hours before the race.

What’s included in my ticket?

Your race on the full Season 2 course in the division you choose, professional chip timing, your finish time on the official leaderboard, and a finisher medal. Tickets start from €65 per athlete.

Does the workout change during the season?

No. The Season 2 workout stays the same at every race of the season, so you can compare your times and chase your personal best.
