Race briefingS2E2 ’s‑Hertogenbosch
Sunday 11 October 2026, Brabanthallen. Read this before you toe the line: how the race runs, where everything is, what counts as a rep — and how a relay tags over.
- Race structure -
Run two laps. Hit two stations. Repeat.
01
Start
Your heat leaves through the start tunnel on the right-hand side of the hall, next to the warm-up zone, onto the run course.
02
Run 2 laps = 600 m
One lap of the course around the stations is 300 m. You always run TWO laps in a row, never just one — 600 m every time. Then enter the transition zone at IN.
03
Station 1 + 2
Rogue Echo Bike, then Seated Sled Pull: 6 lengths of 15 m (90 m in total).
04
Run 2 laps = 600 m
Leave the transition zone at OUT, two full laps, back in at IN.
05
Station 3 + 4
Weighted Box Step-ups, then Med Ball Ab-mat Sit-ups.
06
Run 2 laps = 600 m
Out at OUT, two full laps again, in at IN.
07
Station 5 + 6
Rogue Echo Row, then Devil Press: 100 m with a line every 2 m, one rep at every line.
08
Run 2 laps = 600 m
Your last two laps.
09
Station 7 + 8
Rogue Echo Ski, then Sandbag Carry Over Yoke: 100 m with the sandbag, over 24 yokes.
10
Finish
Straight from station 8 to the finish arch in the middle of the hall. That adds up to 8 laps = 4 × 600 m = 2.4 km of running and 8 stations. Weights and calories depend on your division — see the movement standards.
- The course -

- Relay · team of four -
Racing a relay? This is how you tag over.
01
Start together
The whole team leaves through the start tunnel — all four of you.
02
Run the first stretch as a team
You cover the first part of the run course together.
03
Three peel off at the relay zone
The relay zone sits next to the warm-up area on the right-hand side of the hall and has its own IN and OUT. Three team members turn in there and wait. Athlete one keeps running.
04
Athlete one takes stations 01 and 02
Athlete one runs the rest of the 600 m and works through two stations.
05
Tag over
Athlete one runs back to the relay zone, enters at IN and tags athlete two, who leaves at OUT for the next 600 m run and the next two stations.
06
Two stations per athlete
Athlete one takes 01 and 02, athlete two 03 and 04, athlete three 05 and 06, athlete four 07 and 08. One block each, eight stations in total. Everyone lifts the standard for their own gender.
07
Finish together
For the final run the other three walk over and wait at the exit of station 08, join athlete four and cross the finish line together.
- The relay, drawn out -
- Weights in a relay -
Everyone lifts their own standard.
Relays race in one division: Open. Every athlete works to the standard for their own gender, so a mixed MMFF team lifts M twice and W twice. That is the one thing that differs from doubles mixed, where both athletes lift M.
